Our standard duty 100mm cavity range is manufactured from 3mm thick steel, giving the lintel a rigid and robust construction.

Product Overview

These lintels have been designed to support cavity walls with a 100mm inner skin, 90mm - 110mm cavity width and 100mm outer skin.

It has a safe working load of 59kN at a 19:1 inner to outer load ratio.

The galvanised steel construction provides long-term corrosion protection, while the EPS insulation helps reduce thermal bridging across the cavity.

Our lintels are independently load tested and manufactured in accordance with BS EN 845-2:2013+A1:2016 for peace of mind and long-term durability.

A minimum height of 225mm of masonry must be constructed in the lintel before load is applied.

Please note that the inner skin mesh plaster key is not present for approximately 225mm–250mm at each end of the lintel. Ensure that the mesh is not positioned within the bearing area.

A minimum bearing of 150mm is required at each end.
